Dave Herrera
CDT TE (Certified Dental Technician Expert)
Dave is extremely proud to be a second-generation Dental Laboratory Technician, following his father. He graduated from The Arizona College of Dental Laboratory Technology in 1982. Dave then completed his internship at his father’s Laboratory.
Dave has worked in this field for over 22 years as an in-house technician mastering removable prosthetics. He then spent an additional 10 years in commercial laboratories in the Denver area. Although he has tried other positions in his life, his passion for dental prosthetics and detail-oriented eye always led him back to the laboratory. Once returning he got his CDT in 1994.
His work brings him joy and pride and he is always learning new techniques and teaching his team. “I love how our work changes lives” is what Dave says when asked about what he enjoys in working the lab. He also enjoys traveling with his wife of over 34 years and being around his kids and grandchildren right here in Parker.
